Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZenWitGo mobile app and any associated websites (the “Service”), operated by ZenWitGo (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully before you use the Service.

Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use ZenWitGo on behalf of a minor with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

The service & licence

ZenWitGo helps you practise judgment and decision-making skills through short daily missions and exercises. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only — it is not professional, financial, medical, or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Accounts

You need an account to use most of ZenWitGo. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (including any password) confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us right away at support@zenwitgo.com.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed and auto-renew through Apple In-App Purchase or, where offered, Stripe, at the price and interval shown at the time of purchase, until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings or, for Stripe subscriptions, through the billing portal linked from your account — cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or by the relevant store’s policy. Prices may change with notice as permitted by the applicable store’s terms.

Intellectual property

ZenWitGo — including its content, missions, exercises, design, and trademarks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Except for the limited licence described above, we do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property. Any feedback you send us about the Service may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenWitGo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using ZenWitGo, and delete your account, at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and if a change is material we’ll let you know inside the app. Continuing to use ZenWitGo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. This section is a placeholder pending legal review.
